the location was excellent. the room offered a fantastic view. i also appreciated the helpful reception staff who quickly changed my room to a higher floor when i asked (they were very understanding). the swimming pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly. the part was supposedly on order, but it made sleeping uncomfortable. the breakfast wasn't the best. The hot items were often cold (a real letdown). there was also no iron available in the hotel.

the breakfast offered a decent selection.
I was disappointed by the lack of a proper balcony. It was more like an enclosed greenhouse area. the entertainment was poor, and our room lacked basic amenities like tea or coffee.. it all felt a bit underwhelming.
